Description of the goods or services requiredScottish Enterprise plans to award a single supplier framework for Customer copywriting for an initial period of two years, with the option to extend for a further period of one year. It is envisaged that the Framework agreement will commence on 01 August 2016. The framework will be focusing on customer communication to business customers in Scotland and overseas encouraging them to work with Scottish Enterprise to improve their business growth. For background to the customer copywriting for both domestic and international audiences, please see Appendix A within the attached ITT. Accordingly, contract performance conditions may relate in particular to social and environmental considerations. The Community Benefits included in this contract are: The Supplier is asked to complete Appendix 5 detailing the community benefits that will be delivered as a result of this contract. Full details of the proposed monitoring process and reporting timescales of the outputs should be supplied. |
