SE wishes to engage the services of a suitably qualified and experienced firm of Chartered Surveyors to undertake the revaluation of its Investment Property Portfolio. The valuation of the land and property assets by the successful Supplier is required to ensure that the value of the property assets of SE are properly represented in their financial accounts, and is to be carried out in accordance with RICS Appraisal and Valuation Standards.
The Supplier will prepare bi-annual and annual valuations of the properties on the basis of ‘fair value’ which to all intents and purposes will be Open Market Value. SE’s Investment Property Portfolio is currently valued at 150.7 m GBP (as at 31.3.2015), and comprises:-

— Business Parks;
— Offices;
— Business Centres;
— Energy, Science and Technology Parks;
— Development Land;
— Other Property Interests.
