Economic operators must be able to demonstrate that annual company turnover (for company directly carrying out the contract) be at least twice the total tender price/contract sum per annum and the company must have at least 2 years full accounts — if tenderer is tendering for more than one lot the annual company turnover (for company directly carrying out these contracts) must be at least twice the total of the combined tender prices/contract sums.
