The FCO (the Authority) is seeking a training provider to design and deliver a residential training package for its security awareness in fragile environments (SAFE) courses for staff being deployed to high threat posts overseas; with an average of 1 600 officials per annum participating in the former and about 1 000 on the latter. The provision of concurrent courses may be appropriate to cater for demand.
