The Contract will be divided into three Lots. Whilst Security Services are a Part B Services under the Public Contracts Regulations 2006 (as amended), there is a requirement for Internal Mail and messenger services for the Department for Social Development (DSD). Due to the value of these ancillary services under the DSD Lot (LOT 3), this will be treated as a Part A Service.
The services are required throughout Northern Ireland. Buildings may be added or removed for named Departments at any time during the life of the Contract.

150 000 GBP Loss of Keys Insurance which should also include cover for consequential loss.
1. Candidates must hold ISO 9001:2008 or equivalent external accreditation.
2. Candidates (or their sub-Contractor/s if you intend to sub-contract the Security Services under the Contract) must be a member of the SIA Voluntary Approved Contractors Scheme (ACS) at the time of submitting your response to this PQQ. Candidates must upload verification of valid membership as an attachment.
