The University of Cambridge has agreed with the Local Authorities concerned, that a development on land in its ownership can provide key worker and collegiate accommodation, academic and research facilities, community facilities and private housing. The University is now seeking to select Development Partners by a two stage tender process to work collaboratively to develop up to five Residential Market Housing Lots within Phase 1 of the North West Cambridge Development and help to deliver its vision for North West Cambridge creating a new district of Cambridge. The selected Partner(s) will have the opportunity to create a development that combines exemplar design and sustainability, incorporating the highest environmental standards and achieving a minimum of Level 5 of the Code for Sustainable Homes across the development.
