— Improved family functioning and relationships.
— Young people remain or re-engage in education and training.
— Reduced risk of anti-social behaviour and offending.

Description of particular conditions: The Contract/s to be entered into by the Commissioners and the selected Provider(s) for the Procurement will be based on the 2015/16 NHS Standard Contract (http://www.england.nhs.uk/nhs-standard-contract/) and will comply with the requirements of the Service. Each Contract will be separate to and independent of any existing contract currently in place between a Provider and the relevant Commissioners.
