The Family Services Directory is Lincolnshire’s on-line directory of services for children, young people and their families, and is available at www.lincolnshire.gov.uk/fsd. Through the Special Educational Needs & Disability (SEN+D) Reform as part of the Children & Families Act, we are undetaking a review of, and an improvement to the site records and information pages around universal services for families, children and young people, and inclusive, targeted and specialised services for children and young people with SEN+D. The work to improve this infromation is known as the Local Offer.

Lincolnshire County Council would encourage service providers to complete a form if you provide services to children and young people and/or their families. The form asks questions about your service, with mandatory fields highlighted. Your information will only be included within Family Services Directory once all the fields have been completed. When you complete the form (particularly the service description) please think about the key words that describe your service as these are used by the Family Services Directory internal search engine when an enquirer types in a keyword.
