The University of Roehampton has a requirement for a service partner to:
1. Carry out routine service and repair of Salto access control doors, maintain the system and new Salto installations.
2. Carry out routine service and repair of all automatic doors and install new automatic doors as required.
In the event of equipment malfunction between routine service visits, the service partner contractor will be required to attend site and effect repairs within 24 hours after receiving notification from the University. This emergency response is required for all days of the year, including weekends and public holidays. The successful company will be expected to maintain and repair access and exit points for 63 buildings made up of various manufacturers’ doors and various gates and barriers. A breakdown of quantities is as follows;
4 x automatic gates;
4 x vehicle barriers;
15 x automatic doors.
Approximately 1000 Salto access control doors (on-line and off-line).
