Description of the contract

Under the Trust’s PFI Project Agreement with Healthcare Support (Erdington) Limited for which Amey Community Limited is the FM Service Provider, the Market Testing of the Domestic Service and the Regeneration & Patient Food Services is to take place. The Project Co (Healthcare Support (Erdington) Limited and Trust are seeking potential suppliers who may be invited to submit competitive tenders for these services. This market testing will be for service contracts with Amey Community Limited and therefore will not be undertaken under public procurement procedures. Domestic Service Cleaning Service to all areas in the scope of the PFI Project Agreement (in-patient wards, departments, offices, public areas) Regeneration & Patient Food Service Service comprises the staffing who undertake the regeneration of cook chill food and service of this for Trust staff to plate for patients, and associated meal-time, kitchen, dining room, and washing up duties, etc. The provision of the cook chill food is not part of the service/contract.
