Service Referral Works Nottingham

Description

Nottingham City Homes invites you to tender for the provision of service referral work, including thermal bridging, repairs to retaining wall, rendering and pointing, damp proof course, flooring repairs and underpinning, plastering and various other works. Prices are required against the Schedule of rates (SOR) codes as stated on each of the property specification of works. Tenderers are to price from this schedule only or by viewing the property from the roadside and contact with the tenant is strictly prohibited.

All together there are 10 properties located within the City of Nottingham situated in the North, Central and South. Tenderers have the option to price for the entire works or for their preferred area, consisting of North, South and Central.

The contract is expected to commence in October 2013 and will expire once the work is complete.
