The successful supplier will be a Global, Preferred or Master Solutions ServiceNow partner and an authorised ServiceNow License reseller.
The requirement includes:
— The provision of a dedicated ServiceNow specialist on-site for 2 days per week;
— Remote Support / Managed Service in respect of systems monitoring and maintenance during core hours only (9:00 to 17:30 UK time, excluding Public Holidays).
— Ad hoc support for Annual upgrades and development work.

This is an above EU threshold tender using the Accelerated Open Procedure. Justification for use of the accelerated timescales relates to the sudden and unforeseen departure of key personnel leaving the University without adequate Application Support.
