The University of Birmingham is seeking expressions of interest from appropriately qualified and experienced contractors for annual servicing (including call out breakdown service operating 24 hours a day, 365 days a year with specified response times) and maintenance of:
Lot 1 – Domestic gas fired central heating systems/miscellaneous gas appliances.
Lot 2 – Industrial gas and oil fired burners/boilers/gas boosters.
Suppliers must tender for both Lot 1 and Lot 2. Both Lots will be awarded to the same supplier. (NB Under the current arrangements, Lot 1 and Lot 2 are provided by two separate Contractors).
