East Midlands Housing Group requires one contractor to provide service and repairs to a range of renewable energy fuelled space and water systems in its domestic properties. Currently there are over 500 installations with ongoing plans to increase.

Main site or location of works, place of delivery or of performance: — UKF;
Currently there are over 500 installations with ongoing plans to increase.
Including but not limited to Air and Water source and solar Thermal Renewable Energy heating and hot water systems.
Includes a 24 hour call out service to repair and maintain Solar PV systems.
Currently the Group have over 500 installations of all types with plans to increase.
Also required will be advising our residents of system use optimisation and advising the organisation on the best and most appropriate systems to install.
Estimated value excluding VAT:
Range: between 500 000 and 1 000 000 GBP
Number of possible renewals: Range: between 1 and 2
In the case of renewable supplies or service contracts, estimated timeframe for subsequent contracts:
in months: 48 (from the award of the contract)
Section III: Legal, economic, financial and technical information
Description of particular conditions: The provider chain will be required to actively participate in the achievement of social and community benefits, in the surrounding area(s) of delivery, as required in the Public Services (Social Value) Act 2012.
Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required: As detailed in the PQQ and subsequent tender documents.
All prospective bidders should hold the appropriate accreditations for working on the range of renewable energy systems and demonstrate appropriate experience of these in domestic properties.
