Requirement 1: an easily accessible and locally delivered Community HIV Prevention/Sexual Health Promotion service within the NHS Highland Region (i.e. including Argyll and Bute), the aim of which is to limit the spread of HIV by individuals resident within the region. Those at high risk of HIV acquisition should be the focus of programmes; for example men who have sex with men (MSM), and individuals of Sub-Saharan African origin; and
Requirement 2: the provision of a young people’s education and sexual health promotion service, accessible to any young person aged 24 and under living within the Highland Health and Social Care Partnership area only (i.e. excluding Argyll and Bute).
