To design the shop layout within the brief given by English Heritage Contract Manager (Martin Wright), to manufacture off Site and install at Scarborough Castle between 23rd November – 29th November 2015. (A maximum of 5 days installation allowed). The following scope of work is included: • Work with main contractor at Site, English Heritage Contract Manager, to ensure project delivered on time and within budget. • Design shop layout to brief, following English Heritage shop fit out policy • Attend design meetings and installation meetings as required • Visit Site to take final measurements before manufacture – make any other site visits as required • Provide samples of raw materials to be used to manufacture shop fit. A sample and finishes board will be required. • Source and supply raw materials as specified for shop • Manufacture of all counter and units in retail shop, this includes the fitting of any in built directional lighting (LSD light bulbs to be used) • Although no electrical work is required, wall units and counter must have trunking and spur fittings installed ready for connection at Site. • Manufacture off Site and deliver to Site. Note there are restrictions on size of vehicles that can gain access to the site. Maximum height is 3m and width 2.8m. The price must include delivery to Site and vehicle restrictions accounted for. • Provide technical drawings for English Heritage M&E Maintenance and Electrical teams as required including counter layouts and unit layouts • Provide any other drawings as requested by English Heritage contract manager related to design of the shop and individual unit design • Install all shop units and counter to plans as specified, this includes taking away any waste materials and packaging generated from the shop fit. • Complete any snagging in shop to English Heritage contract managers sign off and time specified It will not include • Any alternations to buildings on Site • No electrical work on Site – connection of units and counter to site power will be completed by approved English Heritage contractors • No decoration work • No work to flooring
