The overall aim of the tender is to establish a framework of Providers which allows the Council to maintain good quality provision across Northumberland, increase parental choice and improve the outcomes for children and young people.
There will be three Lots within this framework: Residential Short Break Overnight Respite, Outreach Support and Crisis Support.
