The London Borough of Bromley (“the Council”) is looking to tender for a Managed Service Provider for our Short Breaks for Disabled Children and Young People services. There are currently 265 children and young people accessing short breaks or using direct payments to arrange their own short breaks.
The service will include, but will not be limited to, providing services for children and young people with autism and learning difficulties and/or challenging behaviour and those with complex health care needs including life limiting multiple impairments/profound and multiple disabilities aged 0 – 17 years.
The Managing Supplier will provide a single point of contact for the Council and will be encouraged to source and guarantee sub-contractors to provide this service.
Tenderers should submit responses to both Stage 1 and Stage 2 sections in their submission and attach all supporting documentation as required. The Council will only respond to enquiries relating to this tender solely through the Pro-Contract system. All queries must be received by Noon on 3rd October 2014.
Tenders must be returned by noon on 10th October 2014.
Suppliers who are only interested in providing the short break provision and not the managed tender part should send their contact details to Joanne.email@example.com. Suppliers contact details will then be passed to the provider who is awarded the ‘Managed Service Provider’, please note that the Council cannot guarantee that the Managed Service Provider will use these providers as part of their supply chain.
