Housing Maintenance Solutions are looking to purchase signage for one of it’s properties, Baden House a tower block, in the Liverpool area.
Housing Maintenance Solutions require 28 signs for flats (Numbers 1 – 29 there is no number 13 in the block) and 7 signs for each communal floor level, specification as attached.
There is also a  Specification Breakdown which you will use to submit your prices.
Although this is an initial request, Housing Maintenance Solutions  may require more during the remainder of the contract due to damages, increases in HMS’s requirements due to extra works etc. In the specification breakdown you will be able to price for the initial requirements, plus quote for a single unit for each sign should any further purchases be required.
All items must be defect free and replacements made for faulty goods at no extra charge to HMS.
Please note that HMS make no guarantee on the amount of signs that will be required but will expect the supplier to maintain their submitted rates for the full contract term in line with HMS’s T & C’s.
Upon award the successful supplier with be expected to deliver the signs within two weeks upon receipt of a purchase order, to HMS stores at the address specified in the point of delivery.
The deadline for submission is Wednesday 21st August 12.00 noon. Submissions after this date may not be considered.

You will need to log onto The Chest to access documents and to check for new questions and answers, additional information, notifications and updates. IT IS THE PROVIDERS RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT THEY VIEW THESE SECTIONS THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS. Providers must ensure that their response is submitted prior to the deadlines specified. Providers responses must be fully submitted via The Chest no later than the deadlines specified.
No submission shall be considered or accepted if it is received after the final closing date and time specified in the documentation. For the avoidance of doubt, the time registered is when a tenderer presses the final “Submit” button and will be based on the Due North Server time. IT IS THE PROVIDERS RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT THEY ALLOW SUFFICIENT TIME TO SUBMIT THEIR RESPONSE. HOUSING MAINTENANCE SOLUTIONS WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE IF YOUR SUBMISSION IS RECEIVED LATE.
