Description

SDNPA is conducting a procurement for the purpose of procuring the services of a signage contractor to manufacture and deliver seven different sign design variations for 32 sites within the South Downs National Park.

The entry signage is intended to:

o raise awareness/profile of the National Park as a place of national and international importance;
o create a strong and positive sense of arrival;
o enhance the ‘sense’ of place’ and understanding of the National Park and its special qualities;
o take people on the journey of stewardship – the defining pillar of our Communications & Engagement Strategy – to encourage positive attitudes towards the National Park;
o influence expectations and behaviour;
o underpin our income generation work;
o enable us to package up the National Park as a ‘product’ of benefit to the entire nation

The entry signage is a key component of the SDNPA’s wider package of brand and identity policies.
