Design and construction of approximately 65 flats from part basement to fourth floor. The number of floors is subject to change. The single storey school buildings formerly on site are now demolished down to ground level, although the ground floor slab and foundations are still in-situ.

Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: The contracting authority will incorporate a minimum 10 calendar day standstill period at the point information on the award of the Contract is communicated to Tenderers. This period allows unsuccessful Tenderers to seek further debriefing from the contracting authority before the Contract is entered into.
