Companies should be able to provide options for sludge treatment to a recognised standard for recycling and be able to provide or source recycling options to agriculture or reclamation either under the Sludge Use in Agriculture Regulations or the Waste permitting regulations. The sludge is produced by sites throughout the yorkshire region and volumes available will vary.
