Leicester City has secured funding of £40,000 through Public Health for a social marketing campaign relating to alcohol harm reduction. In 2010/11 a social marketing campaign was carried out in Leicester City to reduce alcohol consumption in three deprived areas among 25-44 year olds. The Public Health team in Leicester City would like to build on this work to develop a further campaign based on the insight that was gained in 2010/11.
