Frontline is a pilot programme which seeks to recruit high potential university students and career switchers and develop them into outstanding children’s social workers. The Frontline pilot will consist of 2 cohorts, of approximately 100 participants each, undergoing a two year work-based programme of education and development.
We have developed an outline Frontline curriculum in conjunction with leading social work academics and experts. We are now looking for a partner to:
a. Further develop the Frontline curriculum and course content;
b. Secure approval for the course from the regulator (HCPC);
c. Seek endorsement for the course from The College of Social Work;
d. Deliver the course over the duration of the Summer Institute and participants’ 1. years;
e. Accredit the 1. year of education with a PGDip qualification; and
f. Provide tuition and MA accreditation for participants’ 2. years.
