Soft Landscaping Works at New Build Benarty Community Centre

Description of the goods or services required

Supply, plant and maintain soft landscaping areas as per attached drawing 355.01.01a and planting schedule and specification noted thereon. Sub-soil preparation and spreading of top-soil to be carried out by others.

A detailed breakdown of your tender must be returned with your tender submission.

Provide alternative costs for turfing and sowing grass seed to areas noted as per specification.

Allow for 12 months maintenance as per maintenance schedule, shown as a separate amount.

This works package is part of the Main Contract Works which has a total estimated value of £3,8000,000, and is to be delivered over a twelve month period.

The value of this Sub-contract works package is estimated in the region of £25,000.00 and programmed to start on site approximately in July 2012 and to suit Main Contractors programme.

The Main Contractor is Fife Council Building Services.

The Main Contract started in July 2011.
