This Tender has been advertised in the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union and the tender is being conducted under the EU Procurement Directives, Open Procedure.
The CPC intend to set up a framework agreement with a number of specialist software license resellers to meet the requirements of our Academy and Schools members. CPC Academy and Schools Members will require licenses for a range of different vendor software packages sold through the reseller channel. The main objective of the agreement is to provide best value through an EU compliant framework that is easily accessible for CPC members.
The tender is split into 4 lots as detailed below. You are invited to apply for 1 or more lots.
Lot 1 Microsoft Licensing.
Lot 2 Adobe Licensing.
Lot 3 Other “off the shelf” Software.
Lot 4 One Stop Shop.
It is a requirement of the Tender that the selected Supplier(s) will extend the terms to all eligible Institutions, Consortia and Bodies, as defined by the CPC including Academies, Schools and other similar organisations who are members of the CPC. The CPC reserves the right during the period of this agreement to make additions or subtractions from the list of Participating Institutions.
The Contracting Authority reserves the right to cancel the entire or parts of the tender, without such an action conferring any right to compensation on the Tenderers. The CPC has no liability to settle any cost incurred by the Tenderer as a result of the tendering procedure.
