On behalf of our current and future Social Housing members, South East Consortium is procuring a framework for the provision of New Build and Refurbishment works to include, but not be restricted to, affordable housing schemes throughout the South East of England. This framework is for works contractors only.

To include all associated drainage, road works, car parking, footpaths and paved areas, landscaping, retaining walls, refuse stores, external services and estate lighting. Plus all necessary off-site works. Works may include demolition, site clearance and site preparation or clearance as applicable, including decontamination and remediation works as applicable.
