II.2.4)Description of the procurement:
Sovereign Housing Association Ltd is seeking to appoint valuers to provide property valuations for the Sovereign operating area.
— Annual valuation of housing properties for accounts purposes (EUV-SH and indicative MV-ST valuation of approximately 48 000 social rented properties, EUV-SH valuation of 5 300 Shared ownership properties, OMV (investment) value of a portfolio of c 600 market rent properties and OMV value of 2 serviced apartment blocks).
— Annual funder re-valuations (10 annual semi-desktop revaluations totalling approximately 15 000 properties and 2 annual desktop valuations for public bond issues totalling 7 500 properties).
— Periodic five-yearly funder revaluations, including bond issues (4 such valuations are anticipated during the next two years totalling 10 000 properties with a further 4 valuations totalling 7 500 properties are anticipated in the subsequent 3 year extension).
— Ad hoc new funding valuations.
The Agreement will be for an initial term of 2 (two) years starting on the 1st April 2018 with the potential for extension of up to 3 (three) further years by mutual agreement. The first valuation requirements will be in respect of 31.3.2018 year end.
