Specialist Advice and Training Contract SEA, HRA and EIA

Description of the goods or services required

We will be awarding a contract for the SEA, HRA and EIA Specialist Advice Training.

Our intention is to award this contract for a period of 1 year with an option to extend the contract by up to a further 2 years in total. Any extension will depend on organisational need and successful completion of the first year.

The aim of this Framework is to contribute to EIA, SEA and HRA capacity-building within NRW by providing additional guidance and advice, thereby both improving and expanding the pool of knowledge for work in this area, reducing the risk of legal challenge, and increasing our resilience to any enquiry or legal challenge that might occur.

This will be achieved through:

1. Providing training for staff;

2. Providing advice on specific issues;

3. Providing advice on specific cases including relevant legal advice and support;

4. In the event of legal challenge, providing advice and representation if required.
