PROJECT REQUIREMENTS

Sport Wales wishes to commission an agency to undertake the following tasks in 2014-2015:

1. Questionnaire development: assist with the design, and set up and provide webhosting service for five online bilingual (Welsh and English) questionnaires for the 2015 School Sport Survey and FE Survey.

2. Manage a contact database of schools and colleges in Wales and send personalised email invitations and reminders to contacts to take part in the survey.

3. Provide real-time monitoring of responses that can be accessed by Sport Wales staff and external partners working across Wales.

4. Produce tailored automated reports of results in PDF/word format for individual schools, FE colleges, local authorities, and areas to be agreed, such as electoral region and health boards, using weighted data.

5. Provide Sport Wales with the raw data exported for use in SPSS.

6. Provide customer support to Sport Wales throughout the process.

7. Work with Sport Wales to manage potential technical risks within the overall project.

8. Put forward any other suggestions that could improve the quality of the School Sport Survey 2015 project.
