Survey design services. Customer survey services. Customer satisfaction survey. The Authority has a requirement to carry out exercises to measure staff attitudes. In previous years the Authority has commissioned census survey of all employees, but would also be interested in more innovative approaches to surveying staff.

The Contracting Authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement, and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender. The contract will be considered as a contract made in accordance with the law of England and Wales and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. The House of Lords and the House of Commons are public authorities within the meaning of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and all correspondence received will be dealt with in accordance with the Act. The employer does not bind himself to accept the lowest, or any, tender submitted. Short-listed tenderers will be subject to further evaluation which may include tender presentation.
