- The Old Town Collaboration is a group of 7 primary schools within and around Barnsley town centre who are working together on the procurement of services to deliver savings and secure service efficiencies. The collaboration potentially wish to award a contract to one provider for all their sickness insurance needs subject to quality and price. However, there is no guarantee that all the schools will use this provider. The value of this service for one year is approximately £80,000.
