Sherwood Forest Hospitals are looking for a highly resilient, point to point, person to person communication system that will enable voice controlled, minimal intervention / largely hands free operation.
The system must enable calls to be made between staff members across multiple sites using the existing wireless network.
The system must be functionally rich and include calls to groups, roles, telephone extensions as well as to individuals by name or nicknames.
The system must interface with the Trust telephony system to enable outgoing calls from the system to internal or external telephone numbers and from internal or external telephone numbers directly to the users of the proposed system.
The system must be capable of receiving alerts such as crash calls either from a console or directly from other Trust Systems such as PAS.
The system must provide extensive reporting of usage and audit reports of calls between users including made, received, declined and unavailable.
