Description of the contract

The Violent Crime Unit sits within the Home Office and is responsible for tackling all aspects of violence against women and girls and ending youth violence. The Authority intends to deliver training on advocacy for victims of stalking by the women’s sector and other local organisations that encounter and support victims of stalking. To deliver training on stalking advocacy which will enable organisations that come into contact with victims to better understand this issue and provide the necessary support. Organisations may vary as we are targeting those that come into contact with victims of stalking, it is anticipated that these will mostly be from the voluntary sector. Potential Providers must first be registered on the Government Procurement Service e-Sourcing Suite. If you have not yet registered on the eSourcing Suite, this can be done online at https://gpsesourcing.cabinetoffice.gov.uk by following the link ‘Register for GPS eSourcing’.
