II.2.1)Total quantity or scope:

Homerton University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust, Whittington Health and other NHS Organisations within the London geographical area and their associated sites wish to invite tenders for desktop stationery and office supplies, Printed Stationery including forms and Case note folders.
Service level required but not limited to:
1. Off-site stock holding/management and distribution of printed stationery/forms;
2. `Deliveries will include acute Trust sites and NHS Communities Services via desktop and/or main stores goods in locations.
This contract period is for four years. This framework is open to other NHS Trusts listed in Annex A.
The aim is to minimize stationery expenditure for all the participating Trusts.
The tender comprises of three lots:
Lot 1: Stationery and office supplies.
Lot 2: printed stationery / forms.
Lot 3: case note folders.
Bids maybe submitted for one or more lot but each bid will be considered in its own merit.
