Description of particular conditions: The firm appointed must satisfy the criteria for eligibility as external auditors of Higher Education Institutions as set out in Schedule 8 of the further and Higher Education Act 1992, and in respect of any audits of registered companies to which they may be appointed, must satisfy the relevant requirements of the Companies Act.
