Description of the goods or services requiredCaledonia Housing Association is a registered social landlord with a rented stock count of approximately 3,412 located across Perth and Kinross, Fife, Dundee and Angus. There is a mix of housing types which includes sheltered, very sheltered, amenity and general needs housing. The Association now has a requirement for a stock condition survey to be carried out across to assist in strategic planning and investment. The stock condition survey will assess the current condition of stock to enable targeted investment, validate SHQS compliance and provide a fully costed 30 year maintenance plan. It is also a requirement for fuel poverty and energy efficiency information associated with EESSH to be gathered and collated. All data generated is to be recorded and presented electronically for integration into the Associations QL Housing Management System. External survey of 100% of all common and external areas of sample is to be surveyed in any given year.
