The Police and Crime Commissioners’ for Essex and The Kent Police and Crime Commissioner are looking to re-inspect their entire existing operational building portfolio county wide for Kent and Essex, with the view of identifying the current stock condition with financial forecasts for repairs over a set period of time.
The successful consultant will be responsible for visiting all sites contained within the tender documents and surveying both internal and external fabric of the premises against RICS stock condition survey standards and guidance and a list of key performance requirements. The ultimate aim of this audit will be to identify the current condition of the Kent and Essex Police portfolio with financial expenditure required to maintain a typical level standard for each premise encountered from 1 year to thirty years.
The condition reports produced will be a vital and important scoping document for the continual improvement, assessment and upgrading of the Operational Kent and Essex Police Portfolio.

The Police and Crime Commissioner for Essex and The Kent Police and Crime Commissioner intends to use an eTendering system in this procurement exercise. The tender and supporting documents must be priced in pounds sterling and all payments made under the terms of contract. The contract shall be made in England and according to English Law. the contract is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
