Hampshire County Council Public Health team is procuring a holistic stop smoking service for adults and young people. The aim of the service is to provide a comprehensive Hampshire Stop Smoking Service that contributes to the reduction in the prevalence of tobacco use and its associated health impact.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:
The Council will be running a one stage procurement process conducted under the “Light Touch Regime”. Providers interested in tendering for the stop smoking service will need to register with in-tend as detailed in Section VI.3) in order to view and access the procurement documentation.

The procurement will be conducted under the “Light Touch Regime” set out in Part 2, Chapter 3, Section 7 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and will consist of a one stage tender response process.
