Description of the goods or services requiredUpgrading of the existing old railway line between Burghead and Cummingston which is approximately 1 mile in length and is currently used as a walking route. Access to the site is restricted to either end only, there is no intermediate points where access can be gained. The path is also restricted in width following the old railway line part of which is in cutting through rock. Over the length of the route the upgrade is to consist of a minimum 100mm sub-base with a 60mm tick Asphalt Concrete wearing coat laid in two layers.
