Description of the contract

Stoke-on-Trent City Council is looking to appoint a suitably qualified consultant / consortia of consultants to deliver the following key work areas: 1. Community Infrastructure Levy Joint Viability Study* (CIL) 2. Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment – Site Viability Testing (SHLAA) * The Community Infrastructure Levy Joint Viability Study is a joint commission between Stoke-on-Trent City Council and Newcastle-under-Lyme Borough Council. Please note that the City Council wishes to appoint a single provider to undertake both elements of the brief.
