The London Borough of Hackney is seeking to establish a framework to procure the services of experienced Providers to undertake a range of professional surveying work including planning viability assessments and advice; valuations, acquisitions and disposals.
The framework will be divided into 3 Lots as follows:
Lot 1 (4 providers) – Commercial Sales including all Auction Sales, Acquisitions, Valuations, Lettings, Management, Specialist Advice, Asset Management and Strategic Property Advice
Lot 2 (1 provider) – Residential Sales, Acquisitions, Valuations, Lettings, Management and Strategic Advice
Lot 3 (1 provider) – Retail Sales, Acquisitions, Valuations, Lettings, Management and Strategic Advice
It is anticipated that a maximum of 6 providers will be awarded a place on the framework. It is also anticipated that the framework will commence in November 2013 and shall be in place for 4 years.
