1.The digital capture of student presence in all teaching rooms, laboratories, studios, on the Universitys Park and Avenue Campuses.
2.The integration of these data with other digital contacts across the University to build a comprehensive digital profile of student engagement.
3.The provision of comprehensive tools to analyse and report on this digital profile of student engagement to satisfy a range of internal and external quality-related and statutory requirements through a simple web interface.
4.The solution must be scalable; taking account of both volume and developments in technology.
5. The solution needs to be in place and operational by 1.9.2014.

If selected for appointment, a successful consortium my be required to assume a specific legal form to the extent this is necessary for the performance of the contract. Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: The Contracting Authority will incorporate a standstill period at the point information on the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. That notification will provide full information on the award decision. The standstill period, which will be for a minimum of 10 calendar days, provides time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract is entered into.
