The scope of this lot includes the following, but is not limited to:
— Development of concept themes and designs of the key lighting features.
— Supply, production and delivery of key lighting features.
Lot 2 — Associated Lighting Products
The scope of this lot includes the following, but is not limited to:
— Festoons;
— Gobos;
— Lasers;
— External lighting projectors.
The period of the framework is for 48 months commencing from the date of award.
Please note, the award of this framework will be subject to the Council’s Cabinet approval.

The framework agreement will operate to support Sunderland City Council’s requirements primarily but may also be used by local (Tyne and Wear) businesses and any other UK contracting authority or its agent(s). These contracting authorities include (but are not limited) to other local authorities, educational establishments, police and emergency services, NHS bodies, and their agencies and also registered charities.

The scope of this lot includes the following, but is not limited to:
— Development of concept themes and designs of the key lighting features.
— Supply, production and delivery of key lighting features.
The top three organisations with the highest total overall score for this lot will be placed on the framework.
All future requirements will be awarded following mini competitions between the 3 organisations listed on this lot.
Lot 2 – Associated Lighting Products
The scope of this lot includes the following, but is not limited to:
— Festoons;
— Gobos;
— Lasers;
— External lighting projectors.
The top 3 organisations with the highest total overall score will be placed on the framework for this lot.
Any future requirements will be called-off via an order placed with the organisation which meets the Council’s requirement/product specification and has supplied the lowest catalogued cost for the required product(s).
The period of the framework is for 48 months commencing from the date of award.
Please note, the award of this framework will be subject to the Council’s Cabinet approval.

The Council will be using the Open Procedure and completed ITT Documents must be returned by 12:00 noon on 22.6.2015, in accordance with the instructions in the documents. All ITT documents are available via the portal. No previous application or expressions of interest shall be taken as an application for the purpose of this notice. The Contracting Authority will not be liable for any costs incurred by those expressing an interest or tendering for the contract opportunity.
The contract shall be considered as a contract made in England according to English Law and Subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
