The Secretary of State for Health acting through Public Health England (PHE) also referred to as the ‘Authority’ is looking to source a provider of individually numbered Agfa Personal Monitoring Film to meet the requirements as outlined in the attached specification document.

Description of the contract

The Secretary of State for Health acting through Public Health England (PHE) also referred to as the ‘Authority’ is looking to source a provider of individually numbered Agfa Personal Monitoring Film to meet the requirements as outlined in the attached specification document. The provider needs to be aware that if they are based outside of the United Kingdom that the goods will need to be shipped to the United Kingdom and the cost of this will need to be incorporated into any tender response. Any contract is expected to be for 2 years with possible extension of 1 x 12 months.
