Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: Cordia (Services) LLP will incorporate a minimum 10 day calendar standstill period at the point of information on the award of contract is communicated to applicant’s. This period allows unsuccessful applicants to seek further debriefing from the contracting authority before the contract is entered into. Such additional information should be required from the procurement officer (see details in section 1.1 of the contract notice). If an appeal regarding the award of contract has not been successfully resolved the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2007 (SS) 1 2006 No1) provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rule to take action in the Sheriff Court or Court of Session.
