Durham, UK), installation and commissioning of a roll to roll (R2R) assembly tool for the integration of flexible printed electronics, bare die silicon and SMT components onto a flexible polymeric film, at widths up to 400 mm. The incoming substrate will have circuits pre-printed with a conductive ink. A separate tender will be issued for a compatible converting toolset.
