Catalyst employs around 600 staff, operating in a complex, changing and highly competitive landscape. Our IST Strategy aims to reduce this complexity and make Catalyst fit for the future. It articulates a vision for the future in terms of how systems, processes and information (data) are integrated. It proposes a small, integrated suite of systems that will provide support to all parts of the business, including housing management, asset management, HR, maintenance and others, including an overarching CRM.
Implementation of an integrated HR and Payroll System(s) for a five year term is a core element of the strategy and must provide functionality around:
– Compliance with RTI
– Case management
– Employee online self-service
– Document generation and storage
– Reporting and performance management
– Integration/interfaces to our other key systems, such as Active Directory, Wisdom EDRM, SharePoint and SUN Accounts
