The solution should be aimed at providing the best outcome for the Coal Authority in terms of both energy savings and income from the Feed in Tariff.
The successful bidders will be required to install 3-phase solar panel solutions at Authority sites. These should provide the most economical system in terms of installed costs and returns achieved for the Authority and will be technically suitable, given available build area, structure and grid availability.
