The opportunity will be advertised under OJEU Procurement Regulations 2015 (Competitive Procedure with Negotiation) and Requests to Participate are invited from entities with the ability to meet the requirements.
The Contracting Authority reserves the right to award the contract on the basis of the initial tenders without conducting negotiations.

The opportunity will be advertised under OJEU Procurement Regulations 2015 (Competitive Procedure with Negotiation) and Requests to Participate are invited from entities with the ability to meet the requirements.
The ticketing solution is to encompass full customer data capture, segmentation and analysis capabilities for use in delivering informed effective and targeted sales and marketing strategies, in addition to a sales and marketing interface allowing targeted electric and digital marketing, and E-tail or virtual storefront capabilities. This is a critical component of the solution. Blackpool Entertainment Company Limited would own and control all customer data and information.
A bespoke ticket sales site, seamlessly integrated into the existing Winter Gardens website is required. The sales site would not only be an outlet for tickets, but also create catering, food and beverage, merchandise and venue opportunities. The site is to contain the functionality to offer purchase bundles, including for example, other Blackpool attractions, events, accommodation and car parking.
The solution must possess the ability to deal with a minimum of 2000,000 tickets per year including events that sell out within minutes. It is anticipated that ticket sales may grow to in excess of 500 000 within during the term of the contract.
Complete integration of the ticketing system with the Winter Gardens Box Office, including the provision of staff training and support is required.
The solution must be available 24 hours — 365 days per year, be fast and efficient with the facility to secure online customer bookings.
The solution must include the provision of hardware for the Winter Gardens box office and wider Winter Gardens complex, and also incorporate the capability to support remote box office locations.
